Welcome to Sweet Treats by Robin! By placing an order through our website, social media, or directly with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you, our valued customer, and our bakery. Since every treat we create is handcrafted and perishable, it’s important to outline expectations clearly to ensure fairness, quality, and a smooth experience for everyone. Please take a few minutes to read through our terms so that you understand how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what responsibilities you have as a customer.

Orders & Payment

All of our products are freshly made and often customized, so we ask that all orders be placed in advance to allow proper preparation time. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless other arrangements have been approved in writing by Sweet Treats by Robin. We accept standard payment methods (such as credit/debit cards or other listed options at checkout). Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received. In the case of large or custom orders (such as full-sized cakes or bulk gift boxes), additional lead time may be required, and we will provide you with an estimated timeline upon ordering.

Cancellations

Because our products are prepared fresh and often require ingredients purchased specifically for your order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or credit, as preparation may have already begun. For seasonal or holiday items, which require extra planning, cancellations are non-refundable once confirmed. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery & Pickup

We currently offer both pickup and local delivery options (when available). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or courier delays. We do everything possible to ensure your treats arrive fresh and on time. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the delivery location at the agreed time. If delivery is missed due to the recipient not being available, we may not be able to reattempt delivery and the order will need to be picked up. For pickup orders, please arrive within your scheduled pickup window to ensure your desserts are at their freshest.

Product Quality & Storage

Every item from Sweet Treats by Robin is made with high-quality ingredients and baked with care. Once your order leaves our care, it becomes your responsibility to properly store the items. Many desserts (such as cakes and rolls) are best enjoyed fresh on the same day, while others (like sauces or cookies) can be stored for longer. Instructions may be provided with your order, and we encourage you to follow them closely to enjoy the best taste and freshness. We cannot take responsibility for items that spoil due to improper storage after delivery or pickup.

Allergies & Dietary Information

While we take every precaution to prepare our treats in a safe and clean environment, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. If you have a food allergy, it is your responsibility to inform us before placing your order. We are happy to suggest alternatives when possible, but we cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions once a product has been consumed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sweet Treats by Robin website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Sweet Treats by Robin. This content may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission. We take pride in our creations and the brand we have built, and we appreciate your respect for our work.

Liability

Sweet Treats by Robin will not be held responsible for damages, delays, or issues outside of our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to weather-related delays, third-party delivery errors, or unforeseen ingredient shortages. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, seasonal offerings, or customer needs. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
